My package was lost or misdelivered by the shipping company contracted by Carmoods. Instead of offering to reship the package or provide a refund, I’m being asked to contact their delivery service myself and investigate what happened.
I was sent a couple of delivery photos, including one showing the front door of my apartment building and another that is not even of my apartment complex. Neither photo shows where my package was actually left or provides proof that it was successfully delivered to me.
I paid Carmoods for my order and its delivery, so I don’t understand why it has become my responsibility to track down the shipping company they chose and figure out what happened to my package. If Carmoods doesn’t have enough customer service staff to handle lost or misdelivered orders, then they need to hire more employees rather than pushing that responsibility onto their customers.
I still have no package, no refund, and no replacement. A customer should not have to chase down a company’s contracted delivery service just to get what they already paid for.

It fits perfectly, the steering wheel of my car looks nice.
The product has arrived a short while ago. I chose size 40m×50m for the 2008 eighth generation Honda Accord. I will install the logo in the coming days soon and see if it fits easily or if there are any differences from the original.
