This is a sewn-on wrap cut to the exact pattern of the GMC wheel, not a slip-over cover. You lace it into place with the supplied thread, which takes an hour or so, and the result sits flat against the rim with no seams bunching or spinning. Once it is on it feels like the wheel came that way.
